Hi, I'm Toni! I was born and raised in the Philippines but now reside in AZ.
I'm a Mom of 2 wonderful boys and I love helping other women create a healthy lifestyle for the whole family!
My fitness journey started in my late 20s when I was at the lowest point of my life.
At the time I was living a party lifestyle and the most unhealthiest I've ever been. Then finally, I got over my excuses, I joined a local gym and I started incorporating strength training.
12 years later, I've competed, I went through another pregnancy and have more passion about health and fitness than ever.
I have my B.S in Nutrition and Dietetics from ASU (Go Sun Devils!!), I'm also a certified ISSA personal trainer and have been helping other women with their fitness journey for the last 7 years.
My mission in life is to connect with as many women and empower them to live their best healthy life! <3
